随着我国社会经济的发展,建筑行业也在逐渐发展壮大,相应也促进了我国经济的持续增长,建筑行业已经是我国经济发展中的重要组成部分。为了提升建筑企业的经济效益和发展水平,必须对工程项目加强成本控制,特别是要加强施工阶段的成本控制。本文通过对建筑工程施工阶段成本控制的主要目标和现状进行概况分析,具体探讨建筑工程施工阶段成本控制的对策措施。
As China’s social and economic development, the construction industry is also gradually developing and expanding, correspondingly, it has also promoted the sustained growth of our economy. The construction industry has become an important part of China’s economic development. In order to enhance the economic benefits and the level of development of construction enterprises, it is necessary to strengthen the cost control over the construction projects, in particular, to strengthen the cost control in the construction phase. Through the general analysis of the main objectives and current situation of cost control during the construction phase of construction project, this paper discusses the countermeasures of cost control during the construction phase.
