引言根据冶金反应热力学和动力学基本理论,提出了铁水脱硫反应的热力学判据和动力学条件,进而分析了现有脱硫剂的脱硫能力和提高脱硫效率的基本措施。这在理论上,对铁水脱硫剂的研制和脱硫方法的改进具有指导意义。
INTRODUCTION According to the basic theory of metallurgy reaction thermodynamics and kinetics, the thermodynamic criterion and kinetic conditions for hot metal desulphurization reaction are proposed. Then the desulphurization ability of existing desulphurizer and the basic measures to improve the desulphurization efficiency are analyzed. This is theoretically instructive for the development of the hot metal desulfurizer and the improvement of the desulfurization method.
