为了更好地监测和控制市售食盐和居民用盐中碘的质量,在ILSI的支持下,对全国11个省市自治区的35个盐厂、盐库、盐业公司出品的91份市售食盐和全国25个省市自治区165个城乡的531个居民户食用盐进行了抽样检测,食盐碘含量测定选用砷铈接触法。调查结果发现市售食盐和居民户食盐碘含量分别分布在3.0~100.3mg/kg,0.0~90.0mg/kg,合格率分别为71.4%和73.4%。9.9%市售食盐和13.4%的居民食用盐碘含量低于国家标准,另有18.7%的市售食盐和13.2%的居民户食盐碘含量过高。粗盐中低碘/无碘食盐的比例为57.1%。
In order to better monitor and control the quality of iodine in commercially available salt and residential salt, with the support of ILSI, 91 municipalities and departments of 35 salt factories, salt libraries and salt companies in 11 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities of China Salt and salt samples from 531 households living in 165 urban and rural areas in 25 provinces of China were sampled for salt determination. Arsenic-cerium contact method was used to determine salt iodine content. The survey found that the contents of iodine in the salt and the salt in the households were distributed in the range of 3.0 ~ 100.3mg / kg and 0.0 ~ 90.0mg / kg, respectively. The pass rates were 71.4% and 73.4% respectively. 9.9% of the commercially available salt and 13.4% of the residents had lower iodine content than the national standard, and another 18.7% of the commercially available salt and 13.2% of the households’ salt contained too much iodine. The ratio of low-iodine / non-iodine salt in crude salt was 57.1%.
