用BALB/c×LACAF_1和BALB/c×C_(57)F_1杂交小鼠与纯系BALB/c小鼠生产腹水制备单克隆抗体,观察各种小鼠对杂交瘤细胞的耐受性,产生腹水的能力及腹水中蛋白质含量和抗体效价。BALB/c×LACAF_1鼠的平均腹水产量,雄鼠为BALB/c鼠的2~3倍,雌鼠为1.4倍左右。对杂交瘤细胞的耐受性,腹水中蛋白质含量及抗体效价与BALB/c小鼠比较均无显著差异。BALB/c×C_(57)F_1小鼠的腹水产量明显低于BALB/c小鼠,而且死亡率较高。BALB/c×LACAF_1小鼠生长快,易于饲养繁殖,价格便宜,腹水产量高,是一种替代BALB/c小鼠生产单克隆抗体腹水较理想的鼠种。
