目的探讨和分析显微镜下牙周基础治疗术后联合运用盐酸米诺环素软膏的临床效果。方法此次研究选择我院在2013年5月至2016年5月期间收治的126例牙周疾病患者作为研究主体,按照患者入院顺序分为甲组和乙组,每组各63例患者,甲乙两组患者均在显微镜下进行基础治疗,甲组患者加用盐酸米诺环素软膏进行治疗,对比甲乙两组患者治疗效果、牙周袋深度、牙龈指数以及附着丧失情况。结果甲组患者治疗有效率(96.83%)高于乙组患者(85.71%),差异对比存在统计学意义(χ~2=4.881,P=0.027)。甲组患者的牙周袋深度(2.82±0.49)mm、牙龈指数(0.72±0.38)以及附着丧失情况(2.71±0.48)均优于乙组患者[(4.81±0.54)mm、(1.53±0.54)、(3.32±0.55)mm],差异对比存在统计学意义(t=21.662、9.737、6.632,P=0.000)。结论对牙周疾病患者来说,在显微镜下牙周基础治疗术后使用盐酸米诺环素软膏的效果很好,治疗有效率很高,明显改善了患者的牙周袋深度、牙龈指数以及附着丧失情况,值得推广。
Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical effect of combined application of minocycline hydrochloride ointment after periodontal treatment under microscope. Methods The study selected 126 patients with periodontal disease admitted to our hospital from May 2013 to May 2016 as the main body of study. Patients were divided into group A and group B according to the order of admission, with 63 patients in each group. Two groups of patients underwent basic treatment under the microscope. Patients in group A were treated with minocycline hydrochloride ointment to compare the therapeutic effect of group A and group B, the depth of periodontal pocket, gingival index and the loss of attachment. Results The effective rate of treatment in group A (96.83%) was higher than that in group B (85.71%), the difference was statistically significant (χ ~ 2 = 4.881, P = 0.027). (2.82 ± 0.49) mm, gingival index (0.72 ± 0.38) and attachment loss (2.71 ± 0.48) in group A were significantly higher than those in group B [(4.81 ± 0.54) mm, (1.53 ± 0.54) , (3.32 ± 0.55) mm], the difference was statistically significant (t = 21.662,9.737,6.632, P = 0.000). Conclusion For patients with periodontal disease, the use of minocycline hydrochloride ointment after basic periodontal treatment under the microscope has a good effect and high treatment efficiency, significantly improving the patient’s periodontal pocket depth, gingival index and attachment Loss, worth promoting.
