目的 评估静息 99m Tc- MIBI显像及单硝酸异山梨酯介入后 99m Tc- MIBI再注射显像在检测心肌梗死病人心肌存活力方面的差异。方法 对 46例心肌梗死患者进行 99m Tc- MIBI心肌断层显像以及单硝酸异山梨酯静脉介入后 99m Tc- MIBI再注射心肌断层显像。结果 静息 99m Tc- MIBI显像出现灌注异常节段为 30 4个 ,根据心肌放射性分布情况计分 ,平均得分为 1 5.1± 3.8。单硝酸异山梨酯介入 99m Tc- MIBI再注射显像灌注异常节段为 2 63个 ,平均得分为 1 0 .8± 1 .6,两者比较差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 1 )。结论 单硝酸异山梨酯介入 99m Tc- MIBI再注射显像与静息 99m Tc- MIBI显像比较可明显提高对存活心肌检测的灵敏度。
Objective To evaluate the difference of 99m Tc-MIBI 99m Tc-MIBI imaging and isosorbide mononitrate injection in 99m Tc-MIBI reperfusion in the detection of myocardial viability in patients with myocardial infarction. Methods Totally 99m Tc-MIBI myocardial perfusion imaging and myocardial 99m Tc-MIBI myocardial perfusion imaging were performed in 46 patients with myocardial infarction after intravenous injection of isosorbide mononitrate. Results There were 30 4 perfusion abnormalities in resting 99m Tc-MIBI imaging, scoring according to the myocardial radioactivity distribution with an average score of 5.1 ± 3.8. Isosorbide mononitrate perfusion 99m Tc-MIBI reperfusion imaging of the abnormal segment of 2 63, the average score was 108.8 ± 1.6, the difference between the two was significant (P <0.01) . Conclusion Isosorbide mononitrate interventional 99m Tc-MIBI re-injection imaging 99m Tc-MIBI imaging compared with 99mTc-MIBI imaging can significantly improve the detection of viable myocardium.
