利用高功率、短脉冲Nd:YAG激光对TC17钛合金进行激光喷丸处理,并在400℃下进行恒温氧化增重试验,从表面的XRD、表面及截面的微观组织等分析了激光喷丸对钛合金材料恒温氧化性能的影响。研究结果表明,激光喷丸后,TC17钛合金在400℃下恒温氧化增重量减小了64.9%。并且激光喷丸后的试样氧化后,材料表面的氧化膜更加致密,进而有效的阻挡了氧的扩散。且表面EDS分析显示,激光喷丸后氧化试样表面的Cr比未喷丸处理的多,而大量的Cr能改善氧化层与基体的附着力。由此,激光喷丸提高了钛合金恒温抗氧化性能。
Laser shot peening of TC17 titanium alloy with high power and short pulse Nd: YAG laser was carried out. The oxidation and weight gain test of TC17 titanium alloy was carried out at 400 ℃. XRD, surface and cross section microstructure of the laser shot peening Effect of Constant Temperature Oxidation on Titanium Alloy Materials. The results show that after laser shot peening, the TC17 titanium alloy has a reduction of 64.9% of its weight by constant temperature oxidation at 400 ℃. And after the laser shot peening sample oxidation, the oxide film on the surface of the material is more dense, and thus effectively blocking the oxygen diffusion. The surface EDS analysis showed that after the laser shot peening, the surface Cr of the oxidized sample was more than that of the non-shot peening, while the large amount of Cr could improve the adhesion of the oxide layer to the substrate. As a result, laser shot peening enhances the thermostat oxidation resistance of titanium alloy.
