聚合物改性沥青混合料的回收再利用,对节约能源和保护环境具有重要意义。通过高压搅拌法从废旧混合料中提取沥青结合料,对比再生改性沥青(RPMAC)与室内老化改性沥青特性之间的差异,分别将现场与室内两种老化结合料按不同比例加入新制改性沥青(PMAC)中,通过傅立叶光谱试验(Fourier Transform Infrared,FTIR)分析聚合物改性对沥青氧化老化的影响;用凝胶渗透色谱试验(Gel Permeation Chromatograph,GPC)分析长期老化过程中沥青组分分子量的变化情况;用差示扫描量热试验(Differential Scanning Calorimet-ric,DSC)分析不同沥青蜡含量的差异。试验结果表明:加入再生改性沥青会增加沥青结合料的粘度,提高混合料的抗车辙性能,同时也会降低混合料的疲劳耐久性。
Recycling polymer modified asphalt mixture, to save energy and protect the environment is of great significance. The asphalt mixture was extracted from waste mixture by high-pressure mixing method. The differences between RPMAC and indoor aging modified asphalt were compared. Two kinds of aging binder were added into the new system (PMAC), the effect of polymer modification on the oxidation and aging of asphalt was analyzed by Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR). The asphalt group in the long-term aging process was analyzed by Gel Permeation Chromatograph (GPC) The molecular weight variation was analyzed. The difference of the content of different pitch waxes was analyzed by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The results show that adding modified asphalt will increase the viscosity of asphalt binder and improve the rutting resistance of the mixture, and will also reduce the fatigue durability of the mixture.
