金融是现代经济的核心。货币供求问题历来是货币金融理论的核心内容 ,也是一国货币政策选择的出发点。自 2 0世纪 70年代形成高潮至今仍快速发展的全球范围内的金融创新 ,使国际金融业发生了深刻而全面的变化。金融创新对货币的供给和需求产生了很大的影响 ,进而对货币政策传导机制和货币政策目标的选择都造成冲击。金融创新是当代金融不可忽视的重大问题。
Finance is the core of the modern economy. The issue of money supply and demand has always been the core content of the monetary and financial theory, but also the starting point of a country’s monetary policy choice. The worldwide financial innovations that have been rapidly evolving since the climax in the 1970s have caused profound and comprehensive changes in the international financial sector. Financial innovation has had a great impact on the supply and demand of money, which in turn has an impact on the choice of the monetary policy transmission mechanism and monetary policy objectives.
