自主学习的理论与实践等研究表明,自主学习能有效帮助学习者提高教学效率,本文通过阐述自主学习的内涵、区分自主学习与自学的概念,了解制约自主学习的因素,结合我国外语学习者的特点,探讨在远程教育的环境下如何帮助英语学习者培养自主学习习惯与技能,从而提高远程英语学习者的学习效率与质量。
The study of theory and practice of autonomous learning shows that autonomous learning can effectively help learners improve teaching efficiency. By explaining the connotation of autonomous learning and distinguishing the concepts of autonomous learning and self-study, this article understands the factors that constrain autonomous learning, combined with our foreign language learners Features, to explore how to help English learners to develop their own learning habits and skills in the context of distance education so as to improve the learning efficiency and quality of distance English learners.
