通过分析锌元素进入钢铁制造流程的渠道,明确了钢铁企业含锌尘泥的来源与循环路径。根据含锌尘泥的循环途径,综合分析比较国内外含锌尘泥的不同利用方式和工艺——改变循环路径、物理选矿法、火法工艺以及湿法工艺。本着钢铁工业与锌冶炼之间形成工业化生态链的思路,提出了钢铁企业含锌尘泥的处理原则和资源化利用模式。
By analyzing the channels of zinc element into the steel manufacturing process, the sources and circulation paths of zinc-bearing dust in iron and steel enterprises are clarified. According to the circulation route of zinc-containing dust, the different utilization methods and processes of zinc-containing dust at home and abroad were comprehensively analyzed and compared - changing circulation path, physical beneficiation method, fire method and wet process. Based on the idea of forming an industrial ecological chain between the iron and steel industry and zinc smelting, this paper puts forward the principle and resource utilization mode of the zinc dust-bearing enterprises in iron and steel enterprises.
