为了分析抽油机系统运行中各环节的能量损失,实现抽油机与电动机、配电箱等设施的优化配置,设计了1种基于OCS控制器和Vijeo Citech监控软件的抽油机效率测试系统。该系统实现了抽油机运行过程数据的实时监控,计算抽油机在1个生产周期内各个环节的运行效率,同时完成了历史数据显示、系统报警、数据存储、报表制作等功能。现场实施运行证明系统操作方便,具有优良的人机界面及较高的可靠性。
In order to analyze the energy loss of each section of the pumping system and optimize the configuration of the pumping units, motors, distribution boxes and other devices, a pumping efficiency testing system based on OCS controller and Vijeo Citech monitoring software was designed . The system realizes the real-time monitoring of pumping data and calculates the operating efficiency of each section of pumping unit in one production cycle. At the same time, it completes the functions of historical data display, system alarm, data storage and report making. On-site operation proved that the system is easy to operate, with excellent human-machine interface and high reliability.
