目的了解温州地区食源性疾病中小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌的血清型、毒力基因携带和耐药性。方法利用常规细菌分离方法从食源性疾病标本中分离小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌和进行血清分型,同时进行抗生素敏感试验,并进行5种毒力基因检测。结果2012年从温州地区采集的364份腹泻患者肛拭标本中共分离到2株小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌,全部为O:5血清型。2株全部携带ystB毒力基因,其余毒力基因均为阴性。2株对利福平、氨苄西林、链霉素及多粘菌素B耐药,对阿米卡星、头孢噻吩中介外,其他常用抗生素都敏感。结论温州地区食源性疾病中检出的小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌携带毒力,具有潜在危险,应该引起重点关注。
Objective To understand the serotypes, virulence genes and drug resistance of Yersinia enterocolitica in foodborne diseases in Wenzhou. Methods Yersinia enterocolitica was isolated and serotyped by routine bacterial isolation from food-borne disease samples. At the same time, antibiotic sensitivity test was carried out and five virulence genes were detected. Results Two strains of Yersinia enterocolitica isolated from 364 diarrhea samples collected from Wenzhou area in 2012 were all O: 5 serotypes. 2 strains all carry ystB virulence genes, the rest virulence genes are negative. 2 strains of rifampin, ampicillin, streptomycin and polymyxin B resistance, amikacin, cephalosporin intermediates, other commonly used antibiotics are sensitive. Conclusion Yersinia enterocolitica detected in foodborne diseases in Wenzhou is potentially dangerous and should be the focus of attention.
