本文主要介绍一种精密五维微调自动扫描装置。该装置用于我所研制的国内第一套较完整、较实用的折射率分布反射法测试系统,同时还用于单模光纤模斑尺寸测量。该装置采用斜面滑块原理,结构合理,加工方便,从而使微调精度与机械稳定性均有显著提高。最小微调量从一般测微螺杆的5μm提高到0.1μm,单维扫描过程中横向摆动小于±0.3μm。被测样品(光纤及小于ф3mm的细棒)置于60°三角槽内,并用小磁铁块吸住,使装夹牢固,操作方便。样品端面与光轴垂直。一维扫描采用稳速可逆马达带动不同速比的齿轮,代替手工操作,实现自动扫描,并采用高精度位移传感器,将位移量转换成电信号,经放大后控制函数记录仪的χ轴,从而提高了测试系统的精度和自动化程度。
