本文研究了采用三乙醇胺直接滴入气体法、通氨滴醇法和盐浴渗氮法的不同热处理工艺对4Cr5M_0V_1Si铝型材热挤压模具寿命的影响。试验结果表明,采用能兼具Sursulf与Tenifer TF—1功能的八十年代先进盐浴渗氮技术,改变挤压模具的渗层结构,保证渗层的均匀性,从而提高模具的耐磨性与抗咬合性,可提高几倍模具使用寿命,经济效益显著。
In this paper, the effects of different heat treatment processes, such as direct triethanolamine gas method, ammonia drop method and salt bath nitriding method on the life of 4Cr5M_0V_1Si aluminum extrusion dies were studied. The test results show that by using the advanced salt bath nitriding technology which can both Sursulf and Tenifer TF-1 function, the structure of the extrusion layer can be changed and the uniformity of the layer can be changed, so as to improve the wear resistance of the mold Anti-seizure, can increase the service life of mold several times, significant economic benefits.
