生态环境在现代经济发展中越来越重要,为了改善我国的生态环境,国家大力推进林业建设,投入了大量专项资金以促进林业的发展。具体管理工作中对林业专项资金的管理依然存在不少问题。本文通过研究林业专项资金管理中存在的问题,提出一些有效的解决方案,从而达到促进林业发展的目的。
In the modern economic development, the ecological environment is more and more important. In order to improve the ecological environment in our country, the state vigorously promotes forestry construction and devotes a large amount of special funds to promote the development of forestry.
