介绍了镍基合金硅硼共渗的各项试验结果和获得致密化合物层的技术。研究表明,硅硼化合物层由Ni_2SiNi_3Si、Ni_5S_2、Ni_2B和CrB等组成,化合物层具有较高的硬度和良好的耐蚀性。硅硼共渗是镍基合金颇有前途的一种表面化处理方法。
The experimental results of Ni-based alloy borosilication and the technology of obtaining a dense compound layer are introduced. The results show that the Si-B compound layer is composed of Ni_2SiNi_3Si, Ni_5S_2, Ni_2B and CrB. The compound layer has high hardness and good corrosion resistance. Borosilicate is a promising method of surface treatment of nickel-based alloys.
