随着科学技术的进步,企业逐渐认识到绩效方面的管理的重要性,绩效方面的管理对于企业来说至关重要。本文首先分析了在企业管理中绩效方面管理的内在涵义,以及目前大多数企业在绩效方面的管理工作中的缺陷和不足,并且进一步分析绩效方面管理的重要性。绩效方面的管理能够实现企业的战略目标,增强人力资源方面的管理实力,实现资源的最优分配,挖掘员工的潜力,完善企业的激励制度和选用提拔机制。
With the progress of science and technology, enterprises are gradually realizing the importance of performance management. Performance management is of crucial importance to enterprises. This article first analyzes the inherent meaning of performance management in business management, and the defects and deficiencies in the current performance management of most enterprises, and further analyzes the importance of performance management. Performance management can achieve the company’s strategic objectives, enhance human resources management, to achieve the optimal allocation of resources, tap the potential of employees, improve the incentive system and selection and promotion mechanism.
