为探讨吗丁啉对胃节律紊乱的治疗作用,观察30例胃节律紊乱患者服用吗丁啉30～60mg/d2周后其临床症状改善情况,并描记服药前后胃电图进行比较。结果30例胃节律紊乱患者服药后痊愈12例,显效6例,有效5例,总有效率为76%。胃电图频率及振幅与服药前比较有显著性差异。提示吗丁啉对胃节律紊乱有明显治疗作用。
In order to investigate the therapeutic effect of domperidone on gastric disorders, we observed the improvement of clinical symptoms of 30 patients with gastric dysrhythmia treated with domperidone 30-60 mg / d for 2 weeks and compared the EGG before and after treatment. Results Thirty patients with gastric disorders were cured 12 cases after treatment, 6 cases were markedly effective and 5 cases were effective. The total effective rate was 76%. Electrogastrogram frequency and amplitude compared with before taking a significant difference. Prompt morpholine on gastric disorders have a significant therapeutic effect.
