近百年来,人类的健康水平、健康需求和健康观念发生了巨大的变化。为了适应这一变化,医疗卫生服务系统的组织和机构也产生了相应改变。而为卫生系统提供人力资源的医学教育更是经历了从以学科为基础的课程设置,到以问题为中心的教学创新,再到以系统为中心、以胜任力为导向的教育系统三次大的改革。与此相应,作为医学教育的载体也从学术型医学、学术型医疗中心向教育研究型卫生系统方向演化。本文简要介绍医学教育改革的过程以及本人对教育研究型卫生系统的理解。
Over the past century, great changes have taken place in human health, health needs and health concepts. In order to adapt to this change, the organizations and agencies of the health care service system have also changed accordingly. The medical education that provides human resources for the health system goes through three stages: from subject-based curriculum setup to problem-centered teaching innovation to system-centered and competency-based education system reform. Correspondingly, as a carrier of medical education, it has also evolved from academic medical and academic medical centers to education research-based health systems. This article briefly introduces the process of medical education reform and my own understanding of educational research-based health systems.
