新的挪威Vennesla图书馆由图书馆、咖啡厅、数个会议室和行政区以及原有的社区活动室和学习中心等功能区共同组成。为了打造一个颇具魅力的公共场所,设计师特意将众多主要功能集中体现在一个宽敞的空间,使图书馆整体架构与家具、多层次立体界面结合起来,让人们从图书馆内外都能清楚了解图书馆内部景致。城市生活的气息顺着图书馆内一条主通道渗入大楼,弥漫整个空间。此外,大型玻璃外墙、为来往行人提供户外休闲座椅的城市回廊,使整个大楼看上去不失简洁与开放,再加上与城市主要广场的自然衔接,使其与现有城市脉络紧密交织在一起。
The new Norwegian Vennesla Library consists of libraries, cafes, several meeting rooms and administrative districts, as well as existing community function rooms and learning centers. In order to create a charming public place, the designer deliberately embodies many of the major functions in a spacious space, integrating the overall architecture of the library with furniture and multi-level three-dimensional interfaces so that people can understand books clearly both inside and outside the library Museum interior view.
