雄性Wistar大鼠分别经口染毒黄磷1.5mg/kg,亚砷酸钠20mg/kg、四氯化碳500mg/kg,每周3次,持续12周;采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分离,软镭射光密度扫描仪定量测定血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)同工酶,酶组化染色,微机图象处理光密度定量分析肝组织5'核苷酸酶LDH。结果表明,血清LDH_5在3种毒物中毒性肝损害过程中都明显升高且与其肝脏病理和酶组织化学改变相吻合,能敏感地反映肝细胞实质性损害及其程度,特别是反映黄磷,亚砷酸钠的肝损害比谷氨酸丙酮酸转氨酶敏感、可靠。
Male Wistar rats were orally infected with 1.5 mg / kg of yellow phosphorus, 20 mg / kg of sodium arsenite and 500 mg / kg of carbon tetrachloride, respectively, three times a week for 12 weeks. Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, Quantitative determination of 5 ’nucleosidase LDH in liver by optical density densitometry with soft laser densitometric scanner for quantitative determination of serum lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) isozymes, enzyme histochemical staining and computer image processing. The results showed that serum LDH_5 was significantly increased during the three kinds of toxic toxic liver damage and consistent with its liver pathology and enzymatic histochemical changes, can sensitively reflect the substantial damage and extent of hepatocytes, in particular, reflect the yellow phosphorus, Sodium arsenite liver damage than glutamate pyruvate transaminase sensitive and reliable.
