针对在中小型煤层气液化装置中应用的单级混合制冷剂液化流程,分别计算了液化压力1 MPa至10 MPa之间的液化系统总能耗。应用流程模拟软件HYSYS进行流程计算,并以混合制冷剂液化流程能耗及煤层气多级压缩机能耗最小值为目标,采用遗传优化算法计算。结果显示采用低压单级混合制冷剂循环的小型煤层气液化装置最佳原料气压力在6MPa左右。
Aiming at the single-stage mixed refrigerant liquefaction process used in small and medium coal-bed liquefaction plant, the total energy consumption of liquefaction system with liquefaction pressure of 1 MPa to 10 MPa was calculated respectively. The flow calculation was carried out by the software HYSYS, and the energy consumption of the mixed refrigerant liquefaction process and the minimum energy consumption of multi-stage coal-bed gas compressor were calculated and calculated by genetic algorithm. The results show that the optimum feed gas pressure of the small CBM liquefaction plant circulating at low pressure and single stage mixed refrigerant is about 6MPa.
