何茂春博士:国际战略、经济外交和WTO问题专家。现任清华大学国际问题研究所教授、清华大学经济外交研究中心主任,社科院理论经济学博士后,中华职业教育社理事,中国法学会WTO研究会常务理事,中国民主同盟中央委员会委员和中央经济及区域规划委员会副主任。长期从事中国“复关”、“入世”对策问题研究和国际贸易及投资法律研究,并任国内外多家院校等学校的客座或兼职教授。广东省、浙江省和福建省WTO事务顾问。
Dr. He Maochun: Expert on international strategy, economic diplomacy and WTO issues. He is currently Professor of the Institute of International Studies at Tsinghua University, Director of the Center for Economic Diplomacy of Tsinghua University, Postdoctoral in Theoretical Economics of the Academy of Social Sciences, Director of the China Vocational Education Society, Executive Director of the WTO Research Association of the China Law Society, Member of the Central Committee of the China Democratic League and the Central Economy and Deputy Director of the Regional Planning Commission. He has long been engaged in research on China’s “revalence” and “WTO entry” countermeasures, as well as international trade and investment law research. He has also served as a guest or part-time professor at several colleges and universities in China and abroad. Consultant on WTO affairs in Guangdong Province, Zhejiang Province and Fujian Province.
