一、前言用正常工艺生产的LY12合金铸锭中,由废料混入含量低于0.14%的Pb.在看过的国内外文献中,尚未见到有关Pb对Al-Cu-Mg系合金组织与性能的影响方面的报导.为了考查微量Pb对LY12合金板材组织与性能的影响,本工作对含Pb的LY12合金铸锭组织进行了分析,讨论了Pb的存在形式,对比检验了含Pb的LY12合金与标准成分的LY12合金板材之间组织与性能的差异.其结果表明,含Pb量低于0.14%,对LY12合金板材常温下的使用性能没有不良的影响,较明显地降低250℃以上的高温强度.
I. Preface The LY12 alloy ingot produced by the normal process contains less than 0.14% Pb by the waste material. In the domestic and foreign literatures that have been read, the influence of Pb on the microstructure and properties of the Al-Cu-Mg alloy is not yet known In order to examine the effect of trace Pb on the microstructure and properties of LY12 alloy sheet, the structure of Pb-containing LY12 alloy ingot was analyzed in this work, the existence of Pb was discussed, and the comparison of Pb-containing LY12 alloy And the standard composition of LY12 alloy sheet.The results show that the Pb content of less than 0.14%, the use of LY12 alloy sheet at room temperature without adverse effects, more significantly reduce the temperature above 250 ℃ strength.
