目的：体外观察清热宁冲剂抗甲３流感病毒（Ａ３Ｖ）作用，以期为该冲剂临床应用提供实验依据。方法：采用鸡胚培养术，应用血细胞凝集抑制法，选取抑制病毒指数为指标，将实验药物稀释成不同浓度，以中药制剂抗病毒口服液作为对照药物。结果：清热宁冲剂具有明显抑制Ａ３Ｖ作用，且作用强度强于抗病毒口服液。结论：清热宁冲剂抗Ａ３Ｖ作用明确，为该冲剂的临床应用提供了实验依据。
Objective: To observe the effect of Qingrening Granules against A3V (A3V) in vitro in order to provide experimental basis for the clinical application of this Granule. Methods: Chicken embryo culture was used. Hemagglutination inhibition method was used. Inhibitory virus index was selected as index to dilute the experimental drug to different concentrations. Antiviral oral liquid of traditional Chinese medicine preparation was used as a control drug. RESULTS: Qingrenning granules can inhibit A3V obviously, and the effect is stronger than antiviral oral solution. Conclusion: Qingrening granules have clear effect on anti-A3V, which provides experimental basis for the clinical application of this granule.
