本文对中职数学分层次教学的概念,分层次不分班的教学形式,教学方式提出了观点,对分层次教学经验和特点及分层次教学的激励机制提出了看法。所谓教学模式,是指在一定理论指导下,围绕教学目的,形成相对稳定的教学程序及其实施方法,这既是教学经验的系统总结,又是教学理论的具体化。中职数学教学不仅在教学内容上有别于高中,而且学生的数学基础存在较大差异,需要博采众长,构建一种适宜中等职业学教育特性的教学模式。
This article puts forward the viewpoints of the concept of sub-level mathematics teaching in secondary vocational schools, the teaching forms and teaching methods of non-divided classes at different levels, and puts forward the opinions on the teaching experiences and characteristics at different levels and the incentive mechanism of sub-level teaching. The so-called teaching mode refers to that under the guidance of a certain theory, a relatively stable teaching procedure and its implementation method are formed around the purpose of teaching, which is both a systematic summary of teaching experience and an embodiment of teaching theory. The mathematics teaching in secondary vocational schools is not only different from high school in the teaching contents, but also has great differences in the mathematics foundation of the students. It needs to draw lessons from others and construct a teaching mode suitable for secondary vocational education.
