用人历来被称为一门学问,因为用人具有二重性。一是能否真正把人才用起来,这是我们事业盛衰的关键;二是由用人所产生的积极或消极影响,说明用人极具导向性。用人导向性的实质是价值导向,示范导向。这种导向性如果是正确的,则可振奋人心,凝聚人心,激发人们的积极性,可以导民向善;如果是错误的,就会涣散人心,失掉人心,挫伤人们的积极性,助长邪恶。由于用人有很强的导向性、示范性,所以用什么人的问题始终是人们关注的热点问题,最容易引起人们的强烈反响。用人,从根本上说,包含了对一个人价值的认可、肯定和褒奖。用一个德才兼备、众望所归的好干
Employers have always been called a knowledge, because employers have duality. First, the real ability to use the talent, which is the key to the ups and downs of our cause; the second is the positive or negative impact generated by the employment, indicating the highly directional employment. The essence of employment orientation is value orientation and model orientation. If this orientation is correct, it can be inspiring, cohesive, inspiring people’s enthusiasm, and can guide people to the good; if it is wrong, it will disperse people’s hearts, lose one’s heart, dampen people’s enthusiasm and encourage evil. As employing a strong guiding, demonstrative, so what kind of person’s problem has always been a hot issue of concern to people, most likely to arouse strong repercussions. Employing, fundamentally speaking, embraces the recognition, affirmation and praise of one’s worth. With a good ability and political integrity, all the good things go
