肝癌结节破裂导致腹腔内大出血是原发性肝癌并不少见的严重并发症,国内报导占肝癌患者的11.2—19.1％。我院自1973年以来在住院的原发性肝癌疒例中见到7例,现报告于下。
Rupture of hepatocellular carcinoma nodules causing intra-abdominal hemorrhage is not uncommon for primary liver cancer. Domestic reports account for 11.2 to 19.1% of patients with liver cancer. Our hospital has seen 7 cases of hospitalized primary liver cancer cases since 1973, and it is reported below.
