目的研究短瓣金莲花水溶性部位的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶色谱、中压及高压半制备色谱等手段分离,并运用现代光谱技术鉴定化合物结构。结果从短瓣金莲花水部分分离得到4个化合物,分别鉴定为:2-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-2-hydroxyethyl-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅰ),2-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-ethyl-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅱ),3,5-dihydroxyphenethyl alcohol 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅲ),菊苣苷(cichoriin,Ⅳ)。结论化合物Ⅰ~Ⅳ均为首次从本属植物中分离得到,其中化合物Ⅰ为新的天然产物。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of water-soluble parts of Petal. Methods The compounds were isolated by silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 gel filtration, medium pressure and high pressure semi-preparative chromatography. The structures of the compounds were identified by modern spectroscopy. Results Four compounds were isolated and identified as 2- (3,4-dihydroxyphenyl) -2-hydroxyethyl-O-β-D-glucopyranoside dihydroxyphenyl) -ethyl-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (Ⅱ), 3,5-dihydroxyphenethyl alcohol 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (Ⅲ) and cichoriin (Ⅳ) Conclusion Compounds Ⅰ ~ Ⅳ were isolated from this genus for the first time, and compound Ⅰ was a new natural product.
