近两年,北京市按照党的十四届四中全会决定精神,加大了培养选拔年轻干部工作的力度,一大批中青年干部走上了区县局级领导岗位。从这批干部的任职实践看,绝大多数是好的和比较好的。但某些干部的思想和作风上也反映出一些不良的倾向,需要引起高度重视。一是信念的力量不及金钱的力量。有的干部缺乏远大理想和坚定的共产主义信念,为人民服务的观念淡薄,头脑中少政治、多金钱,处理事情往往采取庸俗的实用主义,个人主义、拜金主义、功利思想严重。有的甚至搞权钱交易,违法犯罪。二是接班意识淡于接“官”意识。相当一些干部缺乏接老一辈无产阶级革命家
In the past two years, in accordance with the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 14th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, Beijing has stepped up efforts to train and select young cadres. A large number of young and middle-aged cadres have taken the leadership positions at district and county levels. From the practice of these cadres, most of them are good and relatively good. However, some cadres’ thinking and work style also reflect some unfavorable tendencies, which need to be given high priority. First, the power of faith is less than the power of money. Some cadres lack the lofty ideals and firm communist beliefs. They are weak in serving the people, they are less politicized, have more money, and they often adopt vulgar pragmatism, individualism and money worship in their handling of affairs and have serious utilitarian ideology. Some even engage in money trading, criminal activities. Second, awareness of taking-off is less than the “official” consciousness.
