锡-原卟啉(SnPP)是血红素氧合酶的一种有力的竞争性抑制剂,它在血红素转变成胆红素的分解代谢过程中,起着速率限制酶的作用。无论是在体内或试管内,此抑制作用均可在血红素转变成胆红素的转换上导致迅速而实质性的下降。材料和方法病例选自1985年9月~1986年12月雅典某妇产科医院出生的6818名新生儿,其母亲O型血型者有2865名,母子ABO血型不合者1023例,分别占前二数值的15%(1023/6818)及35.7%(1023/2865)。筛查出其中直接Coombs试验阳性足月儿122例作为研究对象,其中A-O型不合94例(占77%),
Tin-protoporphyrin (SnPP) is a potent and competitive inhibitor of heme oxygenase that acts as a rate-limiting enzyme in the catabolism of heme to bilirubin. Whether in vivo or in vitro, this inhibition can result in a rapid and substantial decrease in the conversion of heme to bilirubin. Materials and Methods The patients were selected from 6818 newborns born in a gynecological hospital of Athens in September 1985 to December 1986 with 2865 mothers with O blood type and 1023 with maternal and ABO incompatibility, 15% (1023/6818) and 35.7% (1023/2865) of the values.
