为研究温州地区不同鸡种间的蛋品质差异,试验对温州地区具有代表性的4个品种鸡蛋品质进行测定。结果表明:绿雁鸡蛋的蛋形指数显著高于褐壳鸡蛋和本地土鸡蛋(P<0.05);褐壳鸡蛋蛋重显著高于其他3种鸡蛋(P<0.05);灵昆鸡蛋、绿雁鸡蛋、本地土鸡蛋的哈氏单位显著大于褐壳鸡蛋(P<0.05),褐壳鸡蛋的蛋白高度显著大于其他3种鸡蛋(P<0.05);4个品种鸡蛋的蛋黄颜色和蛋黄重之间差异显著(P<0.05),其中绿雁鸡蛋蛋黄比率显著大于其他3个品种(P<0.05);绿雁鸡和灵昆鸡的蛋壳强度、蛋壳厚度显著低于褐壳鸡蛋(P<0.05),需进一步改善。相关性分析表明,灵昆鸡和绿雁鸡的蛋黄色、蛋白高度与其他性状的相关性均不显著(P>0.05),而蛋重和蛋黄重呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),哈氏单位和蛋白高度均呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)。不同鸡种间的蛋品质差异性为蛋品质遗传改良提供了基础。从蛋品质改良的角度来看,温州地方2个鸡种具有蛋重小、哈氏单位高、蛋白质量好、蛋黄比率高等资源优势,具有较好的育种前景。
In order to study the differences of egg quality among different chicken breeds in Wenzhou, the quality of four representative breeds of eggs in Wenzhou was tested. The results showed that the egg shape index of the green goose eggs was significantly higher than that of brown shell eggs and local soil eggs (P <0.05); the egg weight of brown shell eggs was significantly higher than that of the other three eggs (P <0.05) (P <0.05). The protein height of brown shell eggs was significantly greater than that of the other three eggs (P <0.05). The egg yolk color and the weight of egg yolk between the four varieties of eggs (P <0.05). The ratio of egg yolk in green goose was significantly higher than that in the other three varieties (P <0.05). The egg shell strength and egg shell thickness of green goose and Lingkun chicken were significantly lower than those of brown shell egg (P < 0.05), need to be further improved. Correlation analysis showed that there was no significant correlation between egg yolk and egg height and other traits in Lingkun chicken and green goose (P> 0.05), while egg weight and egg yolk weight had a significant positive correlation (P <0.01) Hash unit and protein height were significantly and significantly correlated (P <0.01). Egg quality differences among different chicken breeds provide the basis for genetic improvement of egg quality. From the perspective of egg quality improvement, two chicken breeds in Wenzhou had the advantages of high egg weight, high Hastelloy, good protein quality and high ratio of egg yolk, and had a good breeding prospect.
