我分厂有两套50m~3/h的空分设备,都是20世纪50年代的老产品,早已超过了设计使用年限,但因为资金问题一直延续使用,尤其是型号为FL-50/200型的分馏塔,由于长期连续运行,塔板堵塞、油污染严重,按工艺要求分馏塔连续运行一年应进行清洗,然而由于生产任务量大,两塔都已连续运行超过八年以上,运行工况恶化,已无法经济运行,并从吹除阀吹出大量油圬,构成严重的事故隐患,必须进行清洗。以往传统的清洗方法是将四氯化碳溶液从下塔安全阀及高压空气进口管打入,灌满上、下塔及热交换器,浸泡3~4小时然后放掉,这样,清洗一套设备就需四氯化碳1250kg。
