用电子拉伸试验机对含微量稀土Y及Nd的与不含稀土的CuZnAl合金淬火态试样进行了拉伸试验对比。结果表明,微量稀土元素可以明显提高材料的抗拉强度和延伸率,同时保持原有的形状记忆效应。金相分析表明,晶粒尺寸略有降低。用扫描电镜观察了试样的断口形貌,发现含稀土试样属于韧性断裂,不会稀土的试样呈现沿晶断口形貌。
Tensile tests were carried out on hardened samples of CuZnAl alloy containing rare earths Y and Nd with and without rare earth using an electronic tensile tester. The results show that trace rare earth elements can significantly improve the tensile strength and elongation of the material, while maintaining the original shape memory effect. Metallographic analysis showed that the grain size decreased slightly. The morphology of the fracture surface was observed by scanning electron microscopy. It was found that the rare earth-containing sample belongs to the ductile fracture, and the rare earth-free sample shows the morphology of the intergranular fracture.
