运用系统论的观点和方法,对初中科学教师素养的要素、结构和功能进行分析,可以实现素养系统的最优化和整体功能的最大化。在“科学”与“教育”两个视角下,“理念”、“知识”、“能力”是初中科学教师素养的基本要素,每个要素又包括相应的子要素,与新课程环境“场”一起,共同构筑起了初中科学教师素养的多维复杂结构系统。
By using the systematic viewpoints and methods, we can analyze the factors, structures and functions of junior middle school science teachers’ accomplishment, which can achieve the optimization of the literacy system and the maximization of the overall function. Under the viewpoints of “science” and “education”, “idea ”, “knowledge ”, “ability ” are the basic elements of junior high school science teachers’ literacy. Each factor also includes the corresponding Sub-elements, together with the new curriculum environment “field” together to build a multi-dimensional complex structural system of junior high school science teachers’ literacy.
