CG6125高精度车床,其无级变速器是摩擦盘式的。该变速器借摩擦力传递功率,原设计为从动轴与皮带轮轴通过平键相连,由于机床在使用过程中经常正、反车,故该键受冲击力和扭力较大,极易损坏。所以这部分出故障较多。为此,我厂对此部分进行了改进,原从动轴因键槽磨损已坏,为便于修复增加一个轴套(如图1所示,轴套上开有油槽以便于润滑)与从动轴紧配,轴套外装有键盘,键盘上有对称两个台阶键(如图2所示),皮带
