Reversed-phase distribution chromatography is one of the methods commonly used in chemical spectral analysis to separate uranium from trace impurities. Because of its many chromatographic columns can work simultaneously, impurities can be quantitatively separated, the operation is very simple and reagent saving advantages for the majority of spectral analysis workers often use. However, the conventional glass and quartz color columns have good transparency but are not resistant to hydrofluoric acid corrosion. In addition, there are problems such as easy emptying of the column and uncontrollable leaching volume. In order to solve the above problems, from the beginning of 1980, we used a plexiglass column with good transparency and hydrofluoric acid corrosion resistance. This column was packed with TEHP [trioctyl phosphate-Kel-F (polychlorotrifluoroethane
