1967年底,由天津标准件厂和一机部铸锻机械研究所两单位合作,成立了以工人为主体的“三结合”设计研究小组。他们先后到北京、上海等地,向兄弟单位学习了先进经验;并对进口的日本ONT—35型高速冷镦机进行了分析,针对该机震动强烈、发热严重等缺点进行了一系列试验。在充分调查研究的基础上,确定了我国6毫米高速自动冷镦机的结构方案,并于1968年8月完成了该机的设计。目前这台ZG12—6型冷镦机正由几家标准件厂分别加速试制中。 ZG12—6型高速冷镦机为双击整模式,冲头摆动换位,曲轴支承为滚针轴承。
By the end of 1967, the Tianjin Institute of Standard Parts Factory and a mechanical casting forging Machinery Institute of two units, set up a workers as the main “triple combination” design research group. They successively went to Beijing and Shanghai to learn advanced experience from their brother units. The imported ONT-35 high-speed cold heading machine was analyzed, and a series of tests were conducted according to the strong vibration and severe heating of the machine. On the basis of full investigation and research, the structural scheme of 6mm high-speed automatic cold heading machine in China was confirmed, and the design of the machine was completed in August 1968. At present, this Taiwan ZG12-6 cold heading machine is being accelerated by several standard parts factory trial. ZG12-6-type high-speed cold heading machine for the double-click mode, punch swing change, crankshaft bearings for needle roller bearings.
