目的:研究不同浓度的rhNK4因子对肿瘤细胞生长侵袭能力的影响。方法:通过基底膜侵袭实验检测并分析基因重组NK4对人卵巢癌、宫颈癌、乳腺癌等肿瘤细胞体外的抑瘤性。结果:rhNK4因子对人卵巢癌、宫颈癌、乳腺癌细胞有明显的抑瘤性,对人卵巢癌细胞、宫颈癌细胞、人乳腺癌细胞和人膀胱癌细胞的抑制率分别为48.2%,29.6%,58.4%和30.1%。结论:基因重组NK4因子具有抑制人卵巢癌、乳腺癌等多种肿瘤细胞侵袭的能力,有较强的抑瘤性。
Objective: To study the effects of different concentrations of rhNK4 on the growth and invasion of tumor cells. Methods: The antitumor activity of recombinant human NK4 on human ovarian cancer, cervical cancer, breast cancer and other tumor cells was detected and analyzed by invasion assay of basement membrane. Results: rhNK4 had obvious antitumor activity on human ovarian cancer, cervical cancer and breast cancer cells, and the inhibitory rates on human ovarian cancer cells, cervical cancer cells, human breast cancer cells and human bladder cancer cells were 48.2%, 29.6 %, 58.4% and 30.1%. Conclusion: Recombinant NK4 gene has the ability to inhibit the invasion of human ovarian cancer, breast cancer and other tumor cells and has strong antitumor activity.
