腮腺错构瘤罕见,现报告一例: 患者男,15岁,出生后不久即发现右耳垂下有一黄豆大小之肿物,无红、热、痛,故当时未引起注意。此后随年龄增长肿物逐渐无痛性增大。近年来肿物增大明显,致使面部畸形,咀嚼不便,而来院就医。体检:一般情况佳,发育营养良好。右耳垂下肿块大小约15cm×12cm×10cm,质软偏中,边界尚清,与皮肤无粘连,基底尚可移动,无压痛,局部淋巴结无肿大。切除肿块送病理检查(病理号83—446)。送检完整肿瘤一只,略呈球形,大小为 Parotid hamartoma rare, now report a case: male patient, 15 years old, shortly after birth that was found in the right ear drop a size of the tumor of soybeans, no red, hot, and painful, so did not pay attention.
