本文用理想气体的状态方程对氢气球的载重能力进行丁计算,提出了用氢气球吊起一个轻型支架在烟囟上固定,然后,将避雷针在支架上固定的吊装方案;叙述了用耐酸不锈钢制作的,主要有架体、锥体、滑轮、翼板,加强筋五部分组成的支架结构,通过对其强度进行校核,证明其安全裕度较大,附合安全、可靠的要求;介绍了我厂今年四月间利用氢气球吊装四十五米烟囟避雷针获得成功的吊装过程;通过与搭脚手架按装避雷针的方法相比较,说明用氧气球吊装避雷针具有施工时间短、费用省、危险性小、不影响正常生产等优点;提出了防止入地导线因来回晃荡引起疲劳破环而断裂,以及在按装中防止混线等问题,对能否在更高一点的烟囱上使用这方法进行了一些探讨。
