2014年5月15日至21日,南方电网公司以“为民服务,责任接力,真情传递”为主题开展社会责任周活动。5月17日,昆明供电局各个营配分局及10家县公司同时举行社会责任日活动,组织辖区内的青年志愿者进社区、进农村,向市民、村民发放营销优质服务、科学用电、便捷缴费等宣传资料,接受现场咨询、解答、办理市民反映的问题。这只是昆明局贴近客户、服务客户的一个缩影,2013年,昆明局以落实服务群众四项举措,彰显了主动承担社会责任的企业形象。
