2007年的楼市重复着4年来的同一个主题:一轮房价暴涨带来一轮宏观调控。北京、上海和广州的房价高位攀升,同时向深圳、杭州、南京、重庆等二、三线城市蔓延。“大好形势”下,房地产企业纷纷上市。2007年的楼市与股市共同作用,将众多房地产商送到了富豪榜单的前列。随之而来的是调控。尽管背负着“越调越涨”的质疑,新政仍在一片呼声中到来,房价再一次开始高位观望。
The property market in 2007 repeated the same theme over the past four years: a round of soaring housing prices brought a round of macroeconomic regulation and control. Prices in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou climbed sharply, while spreading to second- and third-tier cities such as Shenzhen, Hangzhou, Nanjing and Chongqing. “Good situation ”, real estate companies have listed. The combined effect of the property and stock markets in 2007 brought many real estate agents to the forefront of the rich list. Followed by regulation.
