目的:介绍神经导航系统在切除幕上脑胶质瘤手术中的初步应用体会。方法:应用上海复旦数字医疗科技有限公司生产的excelim04导航系统辅助切除幕上脑胶质瘤32例,并对神经导航用于脑胶质瘤手术的疗效、优越性及其注意事项进行分析。结果:在本组病例中,神经导航平均注册误差为(1.2±0.5)mm,术后72小时内复查MRI证实肿瘤影像学全切除率为85.7%,所有患者临床症状得到改善,肢体活动等重要神经功能较术前好转,无手术并发症,短期随访期间2例复发。结论:神经导航系统对于切除脑胶质瘤具有定位准确、动态示踪、微侵袭等特点,有助于提高胶质瘤全切除率,降低手术并发症。
Objective: To introduce the preliminary application experience of neural navigation system in the removal of supratentorial glioma. Methods: Using the excelim04 navigation system produced by Fudan Digital Medical Technology Co., Ltd in Shanghai, 32 cases of supratentorial gliomas were excised. The therapeutic effects, superiority and precautions of neural navigation for glioma surgery were analyzed. Results: In this group of patients, the mean registration error of neuronavigation was (1.2 ± 0.5) mm. The total resection rate of tumor imaging was confirmed as 85.7% by MRI examination within 72 hours after operation. The clinical symptoms of all patients were improved and limb activity was important Nerve function improved compared with preoperative, no surgical complications, short-term follow-up period of 2 cases of recurrence. Conclusion: The neuronavigation system has the characteristics of accurate positioning, dynamic tracking and microinvasion for the resection of gliomas, which can help to improve the total resection rate of glioma and reduce the complications of the operation.
