本文通过实例分析了影响高频破碎器发热的几个因素,并通过对高频破碎器振动箱的热功率的计算,从理论上证实了实际工作中出现的振动箱油温高现象的存在,并提出了改进措施,为高频破碎器产品的技术改进提供了有益的参考。
In this paper, several factors influencing the heat generation of high frequency crusher are analyzed by examples. The calculation of the thermal power of vibrating box of high frequency crusher is carried out to theoretically confirm the existence of high oil temperature phenomenon in vibrating box. And put forward the improvement measure, provided the beneficial reference for the technical improvement of the high frequency breaker.
