本文以S公司并购A、B、C三家公司为研究对象,阐述其并购的背景和意义,接着介绍企业并购和人力资源整合的相关理论,第三章结合S公司并购A、B、C三家公司的实际情况,分析S公司并购过程中的问题,主要包括心理契约失衡、组织结构不清晰、员工流失、薪酬分配不合理以及文化整合问题等。最后,从建立人力资源整合小组、重建员工心理契约、完善组织结构体系建设、建立员工挽留机制、建立合理的薪酬分配体系以及加强文化建设等方面探索解决问题的途径。
In this paper, the three companies A, B and C of S company are selected as the research object, and the background and significance of the merger and acquisition are expounded. Then the related theory of M & A and human resources integration is introduced. The third chapter combines the three companies A, B and C The paper analyzes the problems in S company’s merger and acquisition process, including the psychological contract imbalance, the unclear organizational structure, the loss of employees, the unreasonable salary distribution and the issue of cultural integration. Finally, we explore ways to solve the problem by establishing a human resources integration team, rebuilding the psychological contract of employees, improving the organizational structure, establishing a staff retention mechanism, establishing a reasonable remuneration distribution system and strengthening cultural construction.
