首先对ATB-25混合料的组成结构进行了分析,提出了主骨架和亚骨架的分界线,提出了关键筛孔通过率,并用贝雷法对ATB-25混合料的级配进行了分析研究,提出了ATB-25级配贝雷法参数范围;对大马歇尔击实法和旋转压实成型方法对ATB-25混合料体积指标的影响进行了研究,最终推荐使用大马歇尔法进行ATB-25混合料的设计。同时对ATB-25和AC-25混合料的路用性能进行了对比分析。
At first, the composition and structure of ATB-25 mixture were analyzed, the dividing line between the main skeleton and the sub-skeleton was proposed and the critical mesh passing rate was proposed. The grading of ATB-25 mixture was analyzed by the Bere method , The parameter range of ATB-25 graded Bere method is proposed. The influences of large Marshall compaction method and rotary compaction method on the volume index of ATB-25 mixture are studied. Finally, the large Marshall method is recommended for ATB-25 Mixture design. At the same time, the road performance of ATB-25 and AC-25 mixture were analyzed.
