党的十一届三中全会决定,把全党工作的着重点,转移到社会主义现代化建设上来。这个重大的战略决策,揭开了中国历史的新篇章。实现甜菜生产现代化,这是我们甜菜生产科研战线上同志们的一项光荣迫切的任务。甜菜生产现代化的总目标是,大幅度地提高甜菜生产力,达到高产、优质、低成本、高效率。高产是提高甜菜单位面积产量;优质是提高甜菜含糖量、纯度和其他品质;低成本高效率是要求尽快实现机械化,以达到大幅度地提高劳动生产率。现在仅结合我国甜菜生产的实际情况对今后如何实现甜菜生产现代化,谈谈个人的一些看法和设想。
The Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Party decided to shift the focus of the entire party’s work to the socialist modernization drive. This major strategic decision opened a new chapter in Chinese history. Realizing the modernization of beet production is an honorable and urgent task for our comrades on the scientific research front of beet production. The overall goal of beet production modernization is to significantly increase sugar beet productivity and achieve high yield, good quality, low cost and high efficiency. High yield is to increase the yield per unit area of sugar beet; High quality is to increase the sugar content, purity and other qualities of sugar beet; Low cost and high efficiency is to require mechanization as soon as possible in order to achieve a substantial increase in labor productivity. Now only with the actual situation of China’s beet production for the future how to achieve beet production modernization, to talk about some of the personal views and ideas.
