激光金属成形是国内外增材制造领域的重要研究方向之一,然而金属成形件的内部容易产生气孔等缺陷、熔覆层组织成分不均匀、试件容易变形开裂,这些问题制约了其在航空航天、生物医疗、能源、化工等领域的应用步伐。借鉴超声振动在铸造、焊接领域中的除气、细化晶粒、均匀组织成分、减小残余应力的作用,超声振动被引入到激光金属成形系统中,以获得高性能的金属成形件。介绍了超声振动在激光金属成形中的研究现状。
Laser metal forming is one of the important research directions in the field of additive manufacturing at home and abroad. However, defects such as pores and holes are easily generated inside the metal forming parts. The components of the cladding layer are not uniform and the test pieces are easily deformed and cracked, Aerospace, biomedical, energy, chemical and other fields of application. Ultrasonic vibration is introduced into the laser metal forming system to obtain the high-performance metal forming parts by referring to the action of ultrasonic vibration in degassing, grain refining and uniform texture in the field of casting and welding, and reducing the residual stress. The research status of ultrasonic vibration in laser metal forming is introduced.
